Description

RF series wl100 (16) wipes production line produces disposable household wipes or baby wipes. Fully functional servo drive and speed 60 pack / min. The automatic connection of roll cutter device, cloth placing rack and film releasing shaft can reduce the time of replacing raw materials, effectively improve the work efficiency, and ensure the quality of products by on-line inspection of cloth joint and online elimination of barge interface.

Bag forming device: automatic adjustment of film tension, flexible adjustment of bag width and height

Packaging sealing and cutting device: Taiwan Land front vertical sealing technology, domestic advanced horizontal sealing design, sealing firm and beautiful

Frequency division detection system: material joints and defective products online monitoring and alarm

Quality control system: defective products are removed online, the whole process of equipment operation is monitored, and troubleshooting is automatically prompted
